EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

All jewelry may be returned in original condition for full refund, less original shipping, within 14 days of purchase. Items can also be exchanged in original condition within 30 days. Any merchandise ordered, custom made, or altered (watches sized) may not be returned.
